Kayo <br />Oil Company has its home office in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and sells <br />Conoco gasoline under the "Jet" name. <br />Kayo Oil Company proposes to rebuild its store at Snelling and County <br />Road C in Roseville. That store originated as a Mileage station until <br />Conoco purchased the property in 1965. Since then, Conoco or one of <br />its subsidiaries has operated at that location. <br />As part of the rebuild, Kayo will install four new multiproduct gasoline <br />dispensers and two diesel dispensers. A canopy will cover the dispensing <br />equipment for the convenience and safety of our customers. Also, Kayo <br />will install a new store in which convenience products and groceries <br />will be sold. The company feels that this property has potential to be <br />a highly profitable retail outlet and is therefore planning to invest <br />a sizeable amount of money into the proposed rebuild. <br />In order to rebuild the store as proposed, Kayo will have to reroute the <br />sanitary sewer at the company's expense. <br />The company is willing to cooperate with the adjacent property owner on <br />curb cuts and whatever else necessary and feasible in order to benefit <br />all parties involved. <br />Respectfully, <br />0,�L� d-Qt�_ <br />Phillip Beard <br />Project Engineer <br />mh <br />
