R1 <br />Description of the Partnership <br />and the Development Team <br />The proposed shopping center will be developed under a joint enture <br />agreement between American Redevelopers, Inc. and Weis Development Corporation. <br />Each entity will own 50% of the development. <br />Weis Development is owned by the same principals who own Weis Builders, <br />Inc. of Rochester, Minnesota. Weis Builders, Inc. was incorporated in 1960 <br />and for the past 23 years has been involved in the construction and develop- <br />ment of numerous projects throughout Minnesota. <br />Orrin Ericson, the principal owner of American Redevelopers, Inc., has <br />been developing shopping centers since 1967. "1r. I.ricson's companies have <br />been involved in the development of centers totaling more than 4,000,000 square <br />feet. The Mankato Mall project was the 1978 winner of the Downtown Development <br />Awards Competition sponsored by the Downtown Research and Development Center. <br />Other members of the development team for the Roseville project are: <br />Paul Pink of Paul Pink and Associates, project architect. <br />Paul pink has been in private practice for twenty-five years during which <br />time he has developed an expertise in commercial architecture, lotels, offices, <br />and housing, Paul has been particularly active in the planning and construction <br />of shopping centers, supermarkets, department stores, discount stores, retail <br />shops, theatres and restaurants. <br />Richard Dreher of Dreher and Associates, project manager. <br />Dick Dreher has been associated with retail development for over ten years, <br />first with the Dayton's Department Stores as Director of Marketing, Planning, <br />Research and Real Estate and now as President of Dreher. rind Associates, <br />
