REVIEWED/RECOMMENDS: <br />The Planning Commissicn, at its November 7 meeting, recommended on a 6-Aye, <br />1-Nay vote, approval of American Redevelopers, Inc. request for variance <br />to allow 682 parking spaces for the proposed shopping center, rather than <br />the required 749 spaces, with the following conditions: <br />1) Dedication of an easement for a walkway on the applicant's property. <br />2) Dedication of 30 feet of right-of-way for a public street. <br />3) That final drainage plans be subject to staff review. <br />4) That cross easements be provided for a common access drive on the <br />western property line, to be shared with the proposed development to <br />the west. <br />5) That final landscaping plans be subject to staff approval. <br />6) That the parking plan be subject to staff approval. <br />7) That the project be developed in accordance with the plans dated <br />11/7/84. <br />Attached is the Planner's Report. <br />COUNCIL ACTION RE011ESTED: Motion approving/denying American Redevelopers, <br />Inc. request for variance to allow 682 parking <br />spaces for the proposed shopping center at <br />1665 County Road B2, rather than the required <br />749 spaces, with conditions if desired. <br />
