Dra0ings C1-C3 were <br />submitted to the City on November 21, 1984. (Refer to Item #3 of this <br />memo.) <br />Item #4 Re: Common access drive cross easements. City staff requested <br />a written committment contingent upon the construction of both projects <br />and a letter explaining the contingency plans. In case one project does <br />not proceed. <br />Item #5 Re: Staff approval of final landscape plans. Dick explained <br />the complexities of landscaping the William's pipeline easement. American <br />Redevelopers wishes to negotiate further with William's with the assistance <br />of City staff (David Drown) if need be. This issue was left unresolved. <br />Item #6 Re: Staff approval of parking plan. Ron stated that David Drown <br />will study north curb cut at east parking lot and make recommendations <br />to American Redevelopers and Paul Pink -id Associates. <br />Item #7 Re: Project developed per plan dated November 71 1984 was accepted. <br />8.
