/9Q0 <br />REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION DATE: 4-23-90 <br />ITEM NO.: q- S <br />Department Approval: Manager Reviewed: <br />Agenda Section: <br />Reports and <br />Recommendations <br />Item Description: Ashland Oil request for rear yard setback and <br />parking setback variances at 1925 Lexington <br />Avenue. <br />The Roseville Planning Commission, at its April 4, 1990 meeting, <br />unanimously recommended approval of Ashland Oil's request for rear <br />yard setback variance of 4 feet and a parking setback variance of 5 <br />feet with the following conditions: <br />1• That there be a right-of-way dedication along Lexin ton <br />Avenue of 16 feet. g <br />2• That at such time as the monitoring well is removed, the <br />driveway along Roselawn must moved so that the west edge of <br />the driveway lines up with the west edge of the existing curb <br />on the west side of the property. <br />3• That the trash enclosure be constructed of materials which <br />match the building with 7 foot high walls and a gate on the <br />south end. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion to approve/deny Ashland Oil's <br />request for rear yard setback and parking <br />setback variances at 1925 Lexington <br />Avenue with the aforementioned conditions <br />if so desired. <br />
