<br />8.2.2 The Contractor shall begin the Work on the date of
<br />commencement as defined in Subparagraph 8.1.2. He
<br />shall carry the Work forward expeditiously with adequate
<br />forces and shall achieve Substantial Completion within
<br />the Contract Time.
<br />8.3 DELAYS AND EXTENSIONS OF TIME
<br />8.3.1 If the Contractor is delayed at any time in the prog-
<br />ress of the Work by any act or neglect of the Owner or
<br />the Architect, or by any employee of either, or by any
<br />separate contractor employed by ¢he Owner, or by
<br />changes ordered to the Work, or by labor disputes, fire,
<br />unusual delay to transportation, adve rase weather condi-
<br />tions not reasonably anttctpatable, unavoidable casualties,
<br />or any causes beyond the Contractor's control, or by de-
<br />lay authorized by the Owner pending, arbitration, or by
<br />any other cause which the Architect determines may
<br />justify the delay, then the Contracil Time shall be ex-
<br />tended by Change Order let such reasonable time as the

<br />8.3.2 Any claim for extension of time shall be made in
<br />witting to\ the Architect not more than twenty days after
<br />the commencement of the delay: otherwise it shall be

<br />9.3.2 Unless otherwise provided in the Contract Docu-
<br />ments, payments will be made on account of materials or
<br />equipment not incorporated in the Work but delivered
<br />and suitably stored at the site and, if approved in ad-
<br />vance by the Owner, payments may similarly be made
<br />for materials or equipment suitably stored at some other
<br />location agreed upon in writing. Payments for materials
<br />or equipment stored on or off the site shall be con-
<br />ditioned upon submission by the Contractor of bills of
<br />sale or such other procedures satisfactory to the Owner
<br />to establish the Owner's t,,lle to such materials or equip-
<br />ment or otherwise protect the Owner's interest, including
<br />appltcab►e Insurance and transportation to the site for
<br />those materials and equipment stored off the site.
<br />9.3.3 The Contractor warrants that title to all Work,
<br />rn;atenals and equipment covered by an Application for
<br />P;aymeni will pass to the Owner either by incorporation in
<br />the Con%tructlon or upon the receipt of payment by the
