Sherren St. <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br />Re: Proposed Housing Development <br />Dear Mr. Olsen: <br />FML Inc. has not been able to provide the necessary financing for the Victoria <br />Place housing project. Pope Associates Inc., in association with Brutger <br />Companies of St. Cloud, have taken over the project. <br />We have found that it is necessary to revise the P.U.D. in order to make the <br />project economically feasible. An application for a revised P.U.D. has been <br />filed with the city and the R-6 zoning will remain on the site. The project <br />has however, been changed substantially but we believe that the impact on <br />neighbors, as far as car traffic and building set bf,ck, has been improved. <br />We have reserved the council chambers at Roseville City Hall on Thursday, June <br />122 1986, at 7:30 p.m., for the purpose of presenting this revised project to <br />you. We urge you to attend this information meeting.
