REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br />DATE: 6-10-85 <br />ITEM NO. :4 -3 <br />Department Approval: Manager Reviewed: Agenda Section: <br />SJ1 Hearings <br />Item Description: Burger King Corp. application for rezoning from <br />B-4 to B-3, special use permit for self-service <br />restaurant and variances to setback at 2080 <br />County Road C. <br />The Planning Commission, on a four aye and two nay vote, recommended <br />approval of Burger King Corp.'s application with the following <br />conditions: <br />1. Burger King will construct, at their cost, an additional turn <br />lane into the site on Cleveland Avenue, if, _n the opinion of <br />the city staff, such a facility is warranted in the future. <br />2. All construction be in accordance with the plans dated April <br />26, 1985. <br />Attached is the Planner's Report. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion approving/denying Burger King Corp.'s <br />application for rezoning from B-4 to B-3, <br />special use permit for self-service <br />restaurant and variances to set back at 2080 <br />County Road C. <br />Motion adopting an ordinance rezoning <br />property at 2080 County Road C from B-4 to B- <br />3. <br />
