October 24, 1985 <br />City of Roseville <br />2660 Civit Center Drive <br />Roseville, MN 55112 <br />Mr. Craig Waldron <br />Dear Craig, <br />Enclosed please find a revised site plan copy for the garage addition <br />at 3102 West Owasso Blvd. The planning commission members advised <br />our changing the plan to indicate the driveway not be located closer <br />than five feet to the south property line. We have made the change <br />and hope it can be approved soon for permit. We were advised during <br />our first meeting that if we attached the garage by means of foun- <br />dation to the house a variance would not be required. With the <br />revision to the south lot line now made, the set back requirements <br />have been satisfied. I mention this because during my meeting <br />with the planning commission they indicated a variance was required. <br />We await the next step.
