Casey <br />1965 North Victoria <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br />Dear Mr. Casey: <br />T,ie Roseville City Council, at its March 9, 1987 meeting, <br />unanimously approved your request for a Special Use Permit and <br />preliminary plat at 1965 North Victoria. The following <br />conditions were applied: <br />1. That the living unit in the garage be provided with City <br />Water and City sewage hook-up within one year after the <br />approval of the plat. <br />2. That all lots be developed with vehicular access from Outlot <br />A, not on Victoria. <br />3. That the roadway access via Outlot A be maintained by an <br />appropriate homeowners' association, subject to City <br />approval, and that such raodway shall be maintained and <br />plowed to provide adequate access for safety vehicles. <br />4.
