Casey request for final plat at 1965 North <br />Victoria. <br />The Roseville City Council, at its March 9, 1987 meeting, approved <br />James H. Casey's request for Special Use Permit and preliminary plat <br />at 1965 North Victoria, and established the Council Public Hearing <br />on the final plat for April 13, 1987. Mr. Casey had not completed the <br />final plat; thus the hearing on the final plat was continued until the <br />May 11, 1987, Council meeting. <br />Mr. Casey has now submitted his final plat for approval, and the Engineering <br />staff has found everything to be in order. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving/denying James H. Casey's request for final plat at 1965 <br />North Victoria. <br />
