0 0 <br />REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION DATE: 12/21/87 <br />ITEM NO.: 6 - <br />Department App Val: Manager Reviewed: Agenda Section: <br />Hearings <br />Item Descri ion: Centre Pointe request for final plat east side of 35W <br />between County Roads C and D. <br />The Roseville City Council, at its July 13, 1987, meeting unanimously <br />recommended approval of the Centre Pointe request for preliminary plat <br />on the east side of 35W between County Roads C and D. This item has <br />subsequently been continued four times. <br />Centre Pointe has contacted City staff and informed them that they would <br />expect the plat to potentially be completed in four to six weeks. There- <br />fore, it is appropriate to continue this hearing until the January 11, <br />1988 City Council meeting. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving/denying rescheduling Centre Pointe's public hearing for <br />Final plat on the east side of 35W between County Roads C and D to the <br />January 11, 1987 City Council meeting. <br />
