C and D. <br />The Roseville City Council at it's July 13, 1987 meeting unanimously <br />recommended approval of the Centerpointe request for preliminary plat on <br />the east: side of 3511 between County Fed. C and D. This item has <br />subsequently been continued 6 times. Centerpointe has contacted City <br />Staff and informed them that they are still working on the plat, and will <br />not have it completed for this meeting, thus sa continuation for another <br />month is appropriate. <br />COUNCIG ACTION REQUESTED: Motion approving/denying, rescheduling <br />Centerpointo's public hearing for a final <br />plat on the east side: of 35W between County <br />Rd. C and D to the March 14, 1988 City <br />Council meeting. <br />
