C and D. <br />The Roseville City Council at it's July 13, 1987 meeting unanimously <br />recommended approval of the Centerpointe request for preliminary plat on <br />the east side of 35W between County Rd. C and D. The city has just <br />vacated a number of streets in the area, and Centrrpointe is still working <br />with NSP regarding the other elements of the plat. Therefore it is <br />appropriate that the plat be continued for another two months to the June <br />13, 1988 City Council meeting. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion approving/denying, rescheduling <br />Centerpointe's public hearing for a final <br />plat on the east side of 35W between County <br />Rd. C and D to the June 13, 1988 City <br />Council meeting. <br />
