C and D. <br />The Roseville City Council at it's July 13, 1987 meeting unanimously <br />recommended approval of the Centerpointe request for preliminary plat on <br />the east side of 35W between County Rd. C and D. The city has just <br />vacated a number of streets in the area, and Centrepointe is still working <br />with NSP, MN Dot and Ramsey County regarding the other elements of the <br />plat. Therefore it is appropriate that the plat be continued for another <br />two months to the August 8, 1988 City Council meeting. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion approving/denying, rescheduling <br />Centerpointe's public hearing for a final <br />plat on the east side of 35W between County <br />Rd. C and D to the August 8, 1988 City <br />Council meeting. <br />
