The City and Centrepoint are still experiencing <br />difficulty with MNDOT relating to the right of way that should flow <br />from MNDOT to the City. This item is still being negotiated and <br />thus it is still appropriate to continue the request for final plat <br />to the December 1', 1988 City Council meeting. <br />COUNCIL, ACTION REQUESTED: Motion to approve/deny rescheduling <br />Centrepoints public hearing for final <br />plat on the east side of 35W between <br />County Roads C and D to the December 121 <br />1988 City Council meeting. <br />
