/'1'I6 <br />REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION DATE: 11-3-88 <br />ITEM NO.: <br />Department Approval: Manager Reviewed: Agenda Section: <br />Hearings <br />Item Description:' Centre Pointe request for final plat east side <br />of 35W between County Road C and D. <br />The Roseville City Council at its July 13, 1987 meeting unanimously <br />recommended approval of the Centre Pointe request for a preliminary <br />plat on the east side of 35W between County Road C and D. The City <br />and Woodbridge have been working with MNDOT regarding the <br />transference of land between the respective parties. An agreement <br />has now been reached with MNDOT, and the appropriate.action has been <br />taken to allow the proper conveyance of land from MNDOT to the City <br />and subsequently to Woodbridge. The final plat should be completed <br />for the December 120 1988 City Council meeting. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion approving/denying rescheduling of <br />Centre Pointe public hearing for a final <br />plat on the east side of 35W between <br />County Road C and D to the December 12, <br />1988 City Council meeting. <br />
