1776 <br />REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br />Department Approval: Manager Reviewed: <br />DATE: 12-12-88 <br />ITEM NO.: <br />Agenda Section: <br />Reports and Recommendations <br />V `' " " <br />Item Description: Centre Pointe request for final plat on the <br />east side of 35W between County C and D. <br />The Roseville City Council, at its duly 13, 1987 meeting, <br />unanimously recommended approval of Centre Pointe's, request for a <br />preliminary plat. The City and Woodbridge has been working with <br />MNDOT regarding transference of land with respect to the final <br />plat. An agreement has been reached regarding the land issue with <br />MNDOT, and thus the final plat should be completed during the <br />ensuing months. It would be appropriate to continue the final plat <br />until the January 9, 1989 City Council meeting. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion to approve/deny continuing Centre <br />Pointe public hearing for final plat on <br />the east side of 35W between County C and <br />D to the January 9, 1989 City Council <br />meeting. <br />
