/ 7 7 le <br />REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION DATE: 1.-9-89 <br />ITEM NO.: <br />Department Approval: Manager Reviewed: Agenda Section: <br />Report and Recommendation <br />Item Description: Centre Pointe request for final plat on the <br />east side of 35W between County Road C and D. <br />The Roseville City Council at its July 13, 1987 meeting unanimously <br />recommended approval of Centre Pointe's request for preliminary <br />plat. A number of technicalities have cropped up in terms of <br />transference of the land between the respective parties. All final <br />agreements have been reached and the process now simply is awaiting <br />transference of the land from MNDOT to the City, which would <br />subsequently go to Woodbridge. Until this transference is <br />completed, the plat needs to be continued. It is recommended that <br />the final plat be continued to the March 13, 1989 City Council <br />meeting. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion to approve/deny continuing Centre <br />Pointe's request for final plat on she <br />east side of 35W between County Road C <br />and D to the March 13, 1989 City Council <br />meeting. <br />
