REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION DATE: 3-16-89 <br />ITEM NO.: <br />nt"A proval: Manager Reviewed: Agenda Section: <br />Hearings <br />Item Des ription: Centre Pointe's request for final plat on the <br />east side of 35W between County Road C and D. <br />The Roseville City Council at its July 13, 1987 meeting, unanimously <br />recommended approval of Centre Pointe's request for a preliminary <br />plat. A number of technicalities cropped up relating to this plat <br />that required extensive time to clear up. The final agreement <br />relating to transference of land from MNDOT to the City has been <br />completed. Therefore, time will be required to properly develop the <br />hardshells for the modified plat. It is therefore, recommended that <br />this item be continued until April 10, 1989. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion to continue the request for Centre <br />Pointe's final plat on the east side of <br />35W between County Road C and D. <br />
