/ 7 1 <br />REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION DATE: 4-10-89 <br />ITEM NO.: (? - 3 <br />Department Ap oval: Manager Reviewed: Agenda Section: <br />Hearings <br />Item Description: Centre Pointe request for final plat on the <br />east side of 35W between County Road C and D. <br />The Roseville City Council, at its July 13, 1987 meeting unanimously <br />recommended approval of Centre Pointe's request for final plat on <br />the east side of 35W between County Road C and D. A number of <br />technicalities cropped up relating to this plat that have required <br />extensive time to clear up. The final transference from MNDOT and <br />NSP have been approved, however, the title companies are currently <br />developing the proper legal descriptions. Therefore, it is <br />appropriate that this item be continued to the May 22, 1989 City <br />Council meeting. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion to approve/deny continuation of <br />the Centre Pointe request for final plat <br />on the east side of 35W between County <br />Road C and D to the May 22, 1989 City <br />Council meeting. <br />
