A signed original has <br />also been sent to the other permittee. Due to some changes in <br />the ISP format since the previous Centre Pointe Business Park <br />permit was issued in 1986, the new format requires the inclusion <br />of the City of Roseville as the second permittee. However, the <br />duties and responsibilities of the City, as specified in this <br />permit are only limited to issuing of a construction permit, <br />authorization of occupancy, noise enforcement, taking actions or <br />promoting policies that violate the terms of this permit, and <br />annual reporting of land uses. <br />A new Special Condition has been added to Part III.E.2., that <br />requires the first permittee to submit a noise abatement plan to <br />the Director of Air Quality for approval, before the construction <br />of the hotel portion of the project can commence. <br />Please call me at (612) 296-7739 if you have any questions. <br />Sincerely, <br />G.W <br />Innocent E.
