REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br />DATE: 5-22-89 <br />ITEM NO.: 0 -2 - <br />Depart ent A royal: <br />Manager Reviewed: Agenda Section: <br />Hearing <br />Item Description: Centre Pointe's request for final plat on the <br />east side of 35W between County Road C and D. <br />The City Council at its April 10, 1989 meeting, continued Centre <br />Pointe's request for final plat on the east side of 35W betweeof the <br />Councy Road C and D to the May 22, 1989 Council session. <br />All"road blocks" have been resolved and it is now a matter of <br />formulating and properly reviewing the respective legal <br />descriptions. It would therefore, be appropraite to continue this <br />item to the August 14, 1989 City Council meeting. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion to approve/deny continuance of <br />Centre Pointe's request for final plat on <br />the east side of 35W between County Road <br />C and D to the August 14, 1989 City <br />Council meeting. <br />
