REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br />Department Apprpval: I1'anager Reviewed: <br />Hearing <br />DATE: 8-14-89 <br />ITEM NO.: C -A, <br />Agenda Section: <br />Item Description: Centre Pointe's request for final plat on the <br />east side of 35W between County Road C and D. <br />The City Council, at its May 22, 1989 session, continued this item <br />to the August 14, 1989 City Council meeting. Staff has been <br />informed by Woodbridge's attorneys that the plat is moving forward <br />and that the respective attorneys and the County are now reviewing <br />the final plat. Woodbridge has asked that this plat be continued <br />for two months to the October 9, 1989 City Council meeting. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion to approve/deny Centre Pointe's <br />request for final plat on the east side <br />of 35W between County Road C and D to <br />October 9, 1989 City Council meeting. <br />
