A preliminary of the final plat has been <br />submitted to the Engineering staff for initial review <br />considerations. A letter has been sent by the Woodbridge attorney <br />(attached) requesting extension to November 27, 1989. Based on the <br />progress that is now occurring relating to this plat, it is <br />reasonable to grant the extension to November 27, 1989. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion to approve/deny continuance of <br />Centre Pointe's request for final plat on <br />the east side of 35W between County Road <br />C and D to the November 27, 1989 City <br />Council meeting. <br />
