Accord- <br />ingly, John now forecasts that it should be possible for <br />us to be on the Roseville City Council agenda for December <br />7, 1989. John has confirmed this date with Roseville. <br />I have scheduled for 9:30 A.M. on Tuesday, December <br />5, 1989 in the 22 north conference room of the Minneapolis <br />office of this Firm a meeting for the signing of the mylars <br />for the plat. It will be necessary for the persons signing <br />on behalf of the following entities to attend the meeting: <br />1. CPBP No. 1 Limited Partnership <br />2. CPIC No. 2 Limited Partnership <br />3. Accordingly, we will make arrangements <br />for the mylars to be sent out to Meritor in Philadelphia, <br />either before or after the meeting on the 5th.
