At this point in time, the final plat is complete and <br />ready for final approval. The Engineering staff has reviewed this <br />plat and finds everything to be in order. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion to approve/deny Centre Pointe's <br />request for final plat on the east side <br />of 35W between County Road C and D. <br />
