�REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTIO <br />Department Approval: <br />(Vtx� <br />DATE: 12/16/85 <br />ITEM NO.: 6 — <br />Manager Reviewed: Agenda Section: <br />Hearing <br />Item Description: Woodbridge Request for Comprehensive Plan <br />Amendment from Low/Medium Residential to <br />Business, Rezoning from I-1, R-1, R-2, and B-3, <br />to B-4, and Special Use Permit for P.U.D. and <br />Office/Service Structure at 1845-3107 <br />Cleveland Avenue North. <br />The Planning'Commission, at its December 4, 1985 meeting, votd <br />unanimously to recommend the Woodbridge request for Comprehensive <br />Plan Amendment from Low/Medium Residential to Business, Rezoning from <br />I-1, R-1, R-2, and B-3, to B-4, and Special Use Permit for P.U.D. <br />and Office/Service Structure at 1845-3107 Cleveland Avenue North. <br />The following conditions were attached to the Special Use Permit: <br />1. <br />That <br />development occur as per plans submitted November 20. <br />2. <br />That <br />staff approve final landscape and engineering plans. <br />3. <br />That <br />the Council approve the TIF Amendments. <br />4. <br />That <br />the Development Agreement is signed. <br />5. <br />That <br />the berm on the east side of the development be extended <br />one <br />lot south of Brenner Street. <br />6. <br />That <br />the non -motorized pathway be developed as per ordinance. <br />7. <br />That <br />the alignment of the aforementioned pathway be approved <br />by <br />staff. <br />8. <br />That <br />staff review exterior building materials and where <br />disagreement <br />exists, the item must be referred to the <br />Planning Commission and City Council for subsequent action. <br />9. <br />That <br />the rezoning be effective upon developer and/or City <br />ownership of the respective parcels. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving/denying Woodbridge request for Comprehensive Plan <br />Amendment from Low/Medium Residential to Business at 1845-3107 <br />Cleveland Avenue North. <br />Motion approving/denying Woodbridge request for rezoning from <br />I-1, R-1, R-2, and B-3, to B-4, and Special Use Permit for P.U.D. <br />and Office/Service Structure at 1845-3107 Cleveland Avenue North <br />(with the above conditions, if so desired). <br />Motion adopting ordinance rezoning property at 1845-3107 <br />Cleveland Avenue North. <br />
