�REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTIO Department Approval: (Vtx� DATE: 12/16/85 ITEM NO.: 6 — Manager Reviewed: Agenda Section: Hearing Item Description: Woodbridge Request for Comprehensive Plan Amendment from Low/Medium Residential to Business, Rezoning from I-1, R-1, R-2, and B-3, to B-4, and Special Use Permit for P.U.D. and Office/Service Structure at 1845-3107 Cleveland Avenue North. The Planning'Commission, at its December 4, 1985 meeting, votd unanimously to recommend the Woodbridge request for Comprehensive Plan Amendment from Low/Medium Residential to Business, Rezoning from I-1, R-1, R-2, and B-3, to B-4, and Special Use Permit for P.U.D. and Office/Service Structure at 1845-3107 Cleveland Avenue North. The following conditions were attached to the Special Use Permit: 1. That development occur as per plans submitted November 20. 2. That staff approve final landscape and engineering plans. 3. That the Council approve the TIF Amendments. 4. That the Development Agreement is signed. 5. That the berm on the east side of the development be extended one lot south of Brenner Street. 6. That the non -motorized pathway be developed as per ordinance. 7. That the alignment of the aforementioned pathway be approved by staff. 8. That staff review exterior building materials and where disagreement exists, the item must be referred to the Planning Commission and City Council for subsequent action. 9. That the rezoning be effective upon developer and/or City ownership of the respective parcels. COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion approving/denying Woodbridge request for Comprehensive Plan Amendment from Low/Medium Residential to Business at 1845-3107 Cleveland Avenue North. Motion approving/denying Woodbridge request for rezoning from I-1, R-1, R-2, and B-3, to B-4, and Special Use Permit for P.U.D. and Office/Service Structure at 1845-3107 Cleveland Avenue North (with the above conditions, if so desired). Motion adopting ordinance rezoning property at 1845-3107 Cleveland Avenue North.
