The Centre Pointe Development is a <br />proposed office and garden office/service development on approximately <br />56.4 acres of land (the Property) generally located between Interstate <br />35W and Cleveland Avenue, south of County Road D, and north of an <br />existing pond and the Interstate 35W northbound ramps. <br />The following consultants have been retained by the developer, <br />Woodbridge Properties, to provide assistance in connection with the <br />Application: <br />
