LEGAL DESCRIPTION: PARCEL I (B-3) That part of the north 140.00 feet of the Northeast Quarter of Section 5, Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota, which lies easterly of the easterly line of Interstate Highway No. 35W. PARCEL II (R-2) That part of the south 120.00 feet of the north 260.00 feet of the Northeast Quarter of Section 5, Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey Counter, Minnesota, which lies easterly of the easterly line of Interstate Highway No. 35W.
