V <br />Department Approval: Manager Reviewed: <br />A V n <br />M <br />Agenda Section: <br />Hearings <br />Item Description: Centre Pointe request for final plat east side of 35W <br />between County Roads C and D. <br />The Roseville City Council, at its July 13, 1987, meeting unanimously <br />recommended approval of the Centre Pointe request for preliminary plat <br />on the east side of 35W between County Roads C and D. At its August <br />10, 1987 meeting, the City Council continued the public hearing until <br />the September 14, 1987 meeting. <br />Centre Pointe has informed the City that it is still developing the <br />final plat, which has been extremely difficult based on the number of <br />property gaps that are present in the area, and thus will require addi- <br />tional time to complete. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving/denying rescheduling Centre Pointe's public hearing for <br />final plat on the east side of 35W between County Roads C and D to the <br />October 12, 1987 City Council meeting. <br />
