The contractor is <br />requesting a variance that would allow him to start work at 7:30 a.m. on <br />Saturdays. During this morning period,he <br />wsllrastor would exoavatin8estormaponds and <br />utility pipes throughout the development <br />performing grading work. <br />The ordinance sets the hours of 7:00 a.m. <br />to 10:00 p.m. on weekdays and 9:00 <br />a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on weekends. A copy of the ordinance as well as the letter <br />is attached. Denial of the request for variance to the noise ordinance in conjunction <br />with the Centre Pointe development project; or <br />2. Approval of a variance to a noise ordinance <br />variancesection <br />would2allow0oonstruotion <br />Centre Pointe development project. Said <br />to begin at a.m. on Saturdays. <br />
