This itemyhasat <br />subsequently been continued three times. Staff has learned that Centre <br />Pointe is still working with the State and Ramsey County on its final <br />plat and, therefore, additional time will be required. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving/denying rescheduling Centre Pointe's <br />public <br />final plat on the east side of 35W between County RoadsCandhDatto the <br />December -1-4-, 1987 City Council meeting. <br />1;1( <br />
