Roth federal regulations 40 Code of Federal Regulations <br />(CFR) Part 264 and Minnesota Regulations Chapter 7045.0450-7045.0544 contain <br />standards for.nazardous waste facilities that Metropolitan Recycle Corporation <br />(MRC) must comply with in order to obtain a facility permit. These regulations <br />consist of eight catergories covering design and operation of the facility. The <br />sections of the facility standards applicable to MRC are: <br />1.
