Ms. Jane Anare <br />Page Three <br />Manifest System, Recordkeeping and Reporti� <br />This section concerns requirements on the use of manifests for tracking waste <br />Shipments, an operating record to document hazardous waste activities at the <br />facility and reports to be submitted to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency <br />(EPA) and the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency <br />ofrspecial <br />inteitsrstis <br />the operating record, this document contains a log on <br />treat- <br />ment, storage location, manifest number and the records and results of waste <br />analyses. Tne operating record also includes inspection reports, closure cost <br />estimates and other monitoring and testing records as required in the permit. <br />Closure <br />Faci litieS are required to provide a plan for closing their facility and an <br />estimate of the cost to close the facility.
