Questionnaries were mailed to 46 municipalities in the <br />Twin Cities area and 38 of these cities responded. <br />Being true to my word, I have forwarded a copy of the results, <br />as enclosed. Because the structure of planning fees vary <br />greatly among cities, I have had to do some interpretation and <br />standardization of the results. Hopefully, I've done justice to <br />the responses. <br />If you desire more information of specific cities, a list of <br />survey respondents is enclosed at the end of the report.
