The housing development will be built n18 <br />of the 28 acres, leavin <br />building) on thelag a pproximately 10 acres (including the school <br />westerly portion of the site, for use by Rosc ille's Parks <br />and Recreation Department. <br />. <br />The adjacent parcels of land were examined to determine the best t e of <br />housing for various portions of the Concordia Academy site. yp <br />East of the north half of the east property line are existing single family <br />homes. To be consistent with the existing land use, we have proposed seven <br />single family lots, a,proximately 95' x 1201, which back up to these homes <br />To the south of the single family homes is the Phat-An Temple, a Vietnamese <br />Buddhist Church. lie have become keenly aware of the Vietnames-:' desire to <br />maintain adequate space between their temple and the new construction. This <br />desire has been addressed by proposing to build a 6' high landscaped berm <br />next to their west property line and placing the building which is closest to <br />the church, 130' away. The three <br />story buildirgs will be primarily brick except for the deck areas and wing <br />wall-9 where a cedar accent will be used.
