This segment of <br />sanitary sewer is a <br />10" diameter VCP with <br />a pipe full capacity of 1.73 CFS. <br />The =Ucipal sewer in Minnesota Avenue flows west to Dale Street and <br />eventually connects to the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission's <br />interceptor sewer at the intersection of Lovell Avenue and St. Albans.
