After exploring several alternatives, <br />Brutger Companies, with the assistance of the City of Roseville <br />staff & consultants has concluded that a driveway onto Minnesota <br />Avenue, in addition to the access onto Rice Street would be the <br />best solution. The proposed driveway would be located on the lot <br />immediately west and adjacent to the apartment in the southwest <br />quadrant of Rice Street and Minnesota Avenue((see attached map). <br />Brutger Companies, through Gorde Howe Real Estate, currently has <br />a purchase agreement giving us control of the site. <br />Due to this proposed change in the previously approved plan, <br />Brutger Companies is requesting the Roseville City Council to take <br />action on this proposed change at their December 12th meeting. <br />Please feel free to contact me to discuss anything related to this <br />issue. <br />i <br />Sincerely, <br />BRUTGER COMPANIES, SIN <br />Steve Wilson <br />Real Estate Development Officer <br />SW/cic <br />Enclosure <br />
