For scoping EAWs, list known issues, alternatives, and mitigative measures to be addressed in EIS. <br />The property is located within the area of Planned Urbanization of the Metropolitan Urban <br />Services Area. As such, the development will be served by municipal water, storm water <br />and sanitary sewer facilities. The increased traffic generated from the development can <br />be effectively handled as expressed in the traffic analysis report prepared by Barton <br />Ashman Associate, Inc. The close proximity of the site to the facilities within <br />Roseville Central Park minimizes the loss of the open recreation space. The noise and <br />dusty conditions normally associated with construction will be minimized by limited <br />hours of construction and watering.
