It may even b nfi could
from the standpoint of design and cost to combine theb i
Center and the Library, Post Office and the Librar etc. Community
The
architecture and landscaping for the entire site could bThe
co-
ordinated. a '
This grouping of public services could be a great asset to the
community and be received very positively by the residents. it
may even be appropriate to move the License Bureau to that site.
It is rare for a fully developed city such as Roseville to have
the opportunity for such a combination of services. Residents
could check out a library book, renew their license tabs, buy
stamps, and play a game of volleyball all in "one stop.,, Y
The next step would be to invite Ramsey County to construct the
Suburban Service Center, including the Library Headquarters on
the site. What a delightful campus this could create, and what
outstanding convenience for the residents.
Attch.
