t
April 5, 1984 b
Sharon & Paul Neubrand
2559 Charlotte St,
Roseville, Mn 55113
Dear Mr. Andre and the City Council,
We are two very concerned residents In the James Fourth Addition
that are opposed to Fudruckers bjllding on the land which is now
Occupied by Polar Locker, These are the reasons for our bbJectlen..
I. The traffic In this area is already too heavy for a residential
area.
2. Parking for Kings Court and Knights of Columbus are over flowing
onto our streets. We would like to see the two above businesses
buy Polar Locker, eliminating the existing parking problem. We
don't need another business adding to this situation.
3. A very large concern, Is that Fudruckers also wants a liquor
license. We think it most unreasonable that a license be Issued
se close to our Rosebrook Park. Therefore, we would like the
City Council to pass an ordinance, PROHIBITING THE SALE OF LIQUOR
WITHIN 300 feet (OR MORE) OF ANY PARK, PLAYGROUND, SCHOOL, OR
CHURCH IN ROSEVILLE.
A quick question .... "How would you like to be playing tennis at
Rosebrook Park, being the entertainment for the people at Fudruckers?"
We hope you will give this your most sincere and Immediate attentionll
SinceE.ly,
