0 <br />the foregoing restriction, restaurants in the"Chilis, Spoons and <br />Flakey Jakes chains, as the same are presently operated, would, <br />if they had liquor licenses, be deemed to be prohibited by the <br />foregoing restriction and restaurants of the nature commonly <br />referred to as "fast food" or in the McDonalds, Burger King, <br />Denny's, Ground Round, Embers, Perkins, Mr. Steak or Wendy's <br />chains, as the same are presently operated, would be deemed to be <br />excluded from the foregoing restriction. The restriction contained <br />in this paragraph 7 shall cease and terminate as of that date <br />which is 20 years from and after the date of this Reciprocal <br />Agreement. <br />8.
