NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Roseville <br />will meet at the Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, <br />on Wefollowing, <br />ri <br />February 6, 1985, at 7:30 p.m. for the purpose of considering t <br />request: <br />Ettinger Transfer Corporation application for special use permit <br />at 2360 County Road C. <br />The applicant proposes to add an 80,000 square foot ^ddition to the existing <br />Briggs Truck Terminal. <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville will meet on Monday, February 11, <br />1985, at the City Hall, at 7:30 p.m. to consider this request. <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Allthat part of the NW 4 of Section 8, Township 29 <br />North, Range 23 West, lying North of the Northerly <br />line of right-of-way acquired by Minneapolis and <br />St. Louis Railway Company (now owned by Northen <br />Pacific Railway Company), and lying East of a line <br />running South at right angles to the North line <br />of said NW 14 from a point thereon distant 1130.58 <br />feet West of Northeast corner of Said NW 4, and <br />lying Westerly and Northwesterly of a line described <br />as follows: Beginning at a point on said North <br />line of NW 4 distant 53 feet West of the Westerly <br />right-of-way line of Minnesota Transfer Railway <br />Company (measured on said North line); thence <br />running Southwesterly at an angle of 73015' to <br />said North line for a distance of 330 feet to a <br />point; thence on a curve to the right with a radius <br />of 553.7 feet (curve being tangent to last described <br />line at last described point) to an intersection <br />with first afore d, scribed right -of. -way line; subject <br />to public rights in part taken for County Road C. <br />+I/James F.
