This <br />location is ideal since it serves the businesses and residents in <br />the area West of Snelling and North of Larpenteur, including Lauder- <br />dale and Arden Hills. Currently, there is no other liquor store in <br />Roseville serving these areas. <br />The space which we will be leasing is h4OO square feet. The actual <br />retail area, which includes a 16 X 40 walk-in cooler it 3600 square <br />feet.
