Also <br />enclosed find legal description of the property to be rezoned and legal <br />description of property to which no change should be made. The <br />remainder of the building to remain I-1 Zoning. <br />We have also enclosed a copy of the Stephens Liquor Store lease and <br />a layout of how it proposes to use the Southerly 4400 sq. ft. of <br />the premises being rezoned for which a special use permit has been <br />requested. <br />As to the exterior of the building, there will be no changes made <br />by the liquor store or ourselves as there is adequate parking as <br />shown on the enclosed sketches, the curbing is in place as well as <br />the landscaping.
