NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Roseville will meet at Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, on Wednesday, February 5, 1986, at 7:30 p.m., for the <br />purpose of considering the following request. <br />Fairview Development Company, Inc. request <br />for variance to install pylon sign on the <br />property line at 1928-48 W. County Road C. <br />The City Council, of the City of Roseville, will meet on Monday, <br />February 10, 1986, at City Hall at 7:30 p.m. to consider this <br />request. <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: <br />That part of the North 500 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the <br />Northwest Quarter of Section 9, Township 29, Range 23, lying <br />Southerly of the Northern Pacific Railway Company right-of-way <br />and lying Easterly of the hest 1,153 feet of said Northwest <br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, together with a permanent <br />easement for driveway purposes over and across the East 20 feet <br />of the West 1,153 feet of that part of the North 430 feet of the <br />Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 9, Township <br />29, Range 23 lying Southerly of the Northern Pacific Railway <br />Company right-of-way, according to the United States Government <br />Survey thereof and situated in Ramsey County, Minpesota. <br />ames F.
