seville <br />March 20, 1986 <br />Mr. Cliff Lund <br />Fairview Development Company <br />2465 North Fairview Avenue <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br />Dear Mr. Lund: <br />The Roseville City Council, at its March 17 meeting, approved <br />your request for preliminary plat and variances at 1985 West <br />County Road C-2, with the following conditions: <br />1. That per plans submitted, dated 2/19/86, an easement for <br />egress and ingress be extended at least 20 feet north of the <br />southern line of Lot 2. <br />2. That the pavement and curbing currently on public property be <br />removed. <br />3. That the grading plan be reviewed and approved by staff. <br />This includes implementation by November 1, 1986, including <br />modification of the dirt pile on Lot 3. <br />That the landscape plan be reviewed and approved by staff. <br />._.5. That screening be placed adjacent to the public property <br />areas. <br />--6. That the building material be reviewed and approved by staff. <br />7. That the lighting plan be reviewed and approved by staff. <br />8. That Lot 3 be deeded to the City. <br />Please be advised that the date of the final hearing regarding <br />the final plat has been scheduled for April 14, here at City <br />Hall, beginning at 7:30 p.m. Please be sure to get the mylars to <br />the Engineering staff by April 9. <br />If you should have any problems with that date, please let me <br />know. <br />Sincerely, <br />Craig A.
