CORRECTED NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Roseville will meet at the Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, on Wednesday, August 1, 1984, at 7:30 p.m. for the <br />purpose of considering the following request: <br />C.R. Hackworthy request for rezoning, division of lot, <br />and variance to set back at 171 Center Street. <br />The applicant proposes to rezone the property from R-1 to R-2 <br />to allow the construction of three duplexes on three separate <br />lots, with two of the structures having a zero lot line. <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, will meet on Monday, <br />August 13, 1984, at the City Hall, at 7:30 p.m. to consider <br />this request. <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: <br />Lots 10 and 11, Shady Beach, City of Roseville, Ramsey <br />County. <br />James F.
