State exactly what is intended to be done on or with the property which <br />does not conform with the City Code: Zero (0) Lot line requested <br />to avoid infringement of 10' sideyard setback. <br />19 Information to be submitted for all applications except minor variance: <br />A. Application and Fee. <br />-- B, Abstractor's certificate listing the NAMES AND ADDRESSES of the owners <br />of the land within 250 feet of the boundaries of the property in <br />question as those names appear on the records of the Ramsey County Auditor. <br />(350 feet for special use permit and rezoning application). Hearing notices <br />will be mailed to listed property owners. <br />--IC, Proposed Plan (2 copies), <br />D< 8 112 x 11" reductions of the proposed plan (20 copies), <br />—E. Written statement by the applicant which provides the details of the applica- <br />tion. The statement wil'1 be given the Planning Commission and City Council <br />long with the City Planner's report. <br />F. Documents as required by the City Planner. <br />20. Application Process: <br />A. <br />Application and accompanying docuanents <br />reviewed with the <br />City Staff. <br />B. <br />Completed application presented to the <br />City Council for <br />referral to Planning <br />Commission for puublic hearing. <br />C. Planning Commission conducts public hearing and makes recommendation to City <br />Council. <br />D. City Council conducts public hearing. <br />21. Acknowledgment and Signature: The undersigned hereby requests upon all of the <br />penalties of the law, for the purpose of inducing the City of Roseville to take <br />action herein requested, that all statements hereinmentioned will be done in <br />
